Ingredients:
  • 3 cups papaya ( about 1 medium papaya ), cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 cups cantaloupe (about ½ of a cantaloupe), or honeydew melon, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 cups mango (2 large mangos), cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 cup pineapple (about ¾ of a pineapple), cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 cups strawberry (about 10-12 strawberries), cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups watermelon (about ¼ of a watermelon), cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 cups bananas ( 2 large bananas), cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 lime


Juice:
  • 1 ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 ½ cup packed watermelon
  • 1 cup Guayaba pulp
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    

1.  Toss the banana cubes with the juice of 1 lime.
2.  In a large bowl, toss together the papaya, melon, mango, strawberry, pineapple, watermelon and banana. Blend the orange juice, watermelon, passion fruit, guayaba, banana and vanilla. Toss the juice over the fruit and mix gently.

Cook's Notes

The fruit salad can be made up to 4 hours ahead, keep refrigerated and covered.
